Undergraduate Mail

Information for Parents

Incoming students receive their mailbox number during the summer before their first academic term. Students may begin receiving mail up to 14 days before they arrive on campus.

Address Format

The following format should be used for student mail, where #### equals the student's 4-digit mailbox number:

All student mail should be sent to this address. Mail should never be sent to a student's residence hall address. 


Packages may be sent to a student's Lerner Hall mailbox. Student Mail Services holds packages for 14 days and sends regular e-mail notifications to students during this time.
