Undergraduate Mail is processed by Student Mail Services. The U.S. Postal Service and couriers like UPS and Fed Ex deliver mail directly to Student Mail Services in Lerner Hall. Student Mail Services also handles mail forwarding and mailbox stuffing.

Student mailboxes are located on the 3rd and 4th floor ramps of Lerner Hall. The Columbia University Package Center, for package delivery and pickup, is located on the 4th floor across from Ferris Booth Commons.
