The Student Mail Center will be open Monday through Friday from 8 a.m. to 3:30 p.m.
You can request that your package be put in one of the lockers at Wien Hall. Once this request is acknowledged by the Mail team, you will receive an email with a code for you to access the package. The package must be picked up from the locker within 24 hours.
No, we will keep your mail until you return to campus and pick it up.
No, the Student Mail Center does not forward packages.
Due to changes in campus operations for Spring Term, we are extending the period that we hold packages from 14 days to 60 days.
You can assign a proxy to pick up your package, or you can request that your package is returned to the sender. Then, you can contact the courier and ask your package to be rerouted to your current address.
