Student Mail Services usually receives two deliveries of mail daily.

Most 1st class mail and small parcels are received with the morning delivery from the USPS. Mail received before 12:00 p.m. is boxed before the end of the business day.

Mail received after 12:00 p.m. is typically boxed the same day but may carry over to the next business day if volume is high. Magazines usually arrive with the afternoon delivery.

All incoming mail is processed within 24 business hours. 

Correct Address Format

The following format should be used for student mail, where #### equals the student's 4-digit mailbox number and xxxx equals the Zip+4:

Please note that the +4 after the zip code is different from the four-digit mailbox number. Including the Zip+4 number will expedite processing.  Please ask Student Mail Services for this number or refer to your first-year packet.

The word "box" should never be used in the address.  All student mail should be sent to this address.  Mail should never be sent to a student's residence hall address.
